Council of Sports Science and Physical Education (NCSPE). The primary
aim of ICMAER is to promote martial arts education, research, and training
globally, along with fostering the preservation of martial arts culture,
physical education, and the implementation of UN
Sustainable Development Goals 2030 through sports.
